Something is broken. Email us with what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Manage or cancel a subscription. Open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and pick Wise Wojak. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period ends.
Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase on a new phone. Sign in to the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
